Why we started

Hiring internationally should be simple, but businesses face labor laws, compliance risks, and operational challenges that slow them down. Many struggle to expand—not due to a lack of talent, but because of bureaucratic barriers that make hiring and managing global teams difficult.

In 2022, we launched Jackson & Frank as a partner of Macee (est. 2011) to solve this. With 50+ years of combined leadership experience, we set out to help businesses hire, pay, and manage teams across borders without unnecessary complexity.

Where we are now

Today, we operate in 17 countries, with a team representing 19 nationalities. Our solutions support 700+ companies across 160+ countries, helping them manage global employment efficiently.

  • Founded Macee BV (Jackson & Frank's holding company) in the Netherlands. focusing on providing HR solutions to the Dutch market.

    2013

  • Achieved a significant milestone of employing 100+ people, establishing a strong foundation.

  • Secured the prestigious NeN Staffing License,demonstrating our commitment to compliance and high standards in the industry.

    2015

  • Expanded operations into Belgium and the Czech Republic, broadening our European presence and capabilities.

    2016-2017

  • Reached 500+employees by supporting250+ companies globally, marking a newphase of growth and operational scale.

  • Launched Jackson and Frank as Macee'ssister company, opening entities in the Netherlands, Germany, and ltaly to strengthen our footprint in Europe.
